Mine likes millet, walnuts, pear, papaya, wheat berries, orange juice or other fruit juices (always 100% juice, no sugar added), apple, pasta and raisins.
Individual birds will like different things, so you might have to experiment. You could put small pieces of a variety of nuts and fruits in a dish and give it to him first thing in the morning before you give him his regular food. Since he is hungry he will definitely eat it and then you can write down what he eats first, second, and third and use those as treats for training.
