Not in my opinion, you can't make the EXACT same noise each time like the clicker can even though it sounds the same to you it isn't. What is needed as part of the training is consistency in each stage. They are easily available as they use them for every animal in the world, not just birds. It might take a week to get to you but that's OK, people train birds after many years this way so one week won't make a difference.

I think it would be beneficial for your bird to settle down more first. Get him more used to you. I read mine books or watch telly or eat in the same room when I'm taming them just so they get really used to me and it becomes the norm. This would be a great basis to restart your training until the clicker arrives.

I talk to mine softly, A LOT, which has lead to some fantastic tame birds. One was hand reared, which I didn't like at first because parent raised birds are healthier but we got a buddy for him who was parent raised and I hand-tamed myself before he was introduced to my existing bird.

But from e-bay it ll take about 2 weeks or more :( Can i start today with feeding him outside of the cage ? He has no problems with this.

Btw: When i am changing water and food i give him food (spray of millet, apple ... ) from outside in the background of the cage so he cant bite me :D Do u think it is okay ? :D

Well there's no harm in waiting two weeks for a clicker. The bird will live 15-20 years hopefully! LOL. When you think about it like that its not such a long time.

If you don't want to wait then I can't stop you. Try to use the mouth sound or perhaps a recorded click sound? That would be the same everytime. Perhaps record yourself clicking your fingers? I would wait for the clicker personally but you can try it this way. I'm not sure how effective this would be though.

And if you mean distracting him with a treat while you change the food and water. For the moment yes that's fine but you will need to train him in order to get this behaviour to stop. I think this territorial behaviour will disappear when the training takes more of an effect.

Go to the step where you can feed through the cage bars and use the clicker and start there. Remember patience and calmness is the key. Definitely get a longer stick so your hand has no need to be inside the cage when you use it.

No it won't be bad... that's the first stage anyway giving treats.

Does he sleep a lot?- if he's sleeping a lot during the day he could be sick or not getting enough sleep. Your bird needs 12-14 hours good sleep per night in complete darkness.

The singing is beautiful though and if he tucking his head in his wing and napping 2-4 times a day that's ok. :-) Like short little naps that's normal but if its very often then you need to get a vet check or make sure your bird gets enough sleep.

I cover my birds cages with black sheets (don't use scented washing powder on these its bad) just use a very hot wash with no powder or liquid. Just a pointer/tip because the other video of your bird seems it healthy :-)

Oh and while your at the pet shop maybe look for some more perches for that or a bigger cage you could save up for?

Oh right LOL. I thought he'd changed colour!

You need to make sure he's sleeping at least 12 hours though- it can cause problems if they don't. My cockatiels nap at regular times each day. Mine talk in their sleep too!

The cage you have will be fine for now but in the future you will need something bigger- I had to save for 7 months to buy the cage I wanted for mine. Its a future thing, not right away. You can remedy the situation by giving your bird more perches :-)

That's normal. :-). If he's eating and singing and active he's happy. You'll find that he will settle when you settle. Keep going :-)
