Well really you should train everyday. One day won't hurt but you need to keep on schedule as much as possible.

ok thx. i didnt get chopstick cause every shop is closed :/ so i am training with that short stick and it is working well (i think). before a while i was training. is it okay that first 5-10 minutes he only touched stick and when i clicked he was waiting for treat and then he was chewing stick when i clicked 2,3 times and i had to pull this stick cause he was still chewing it :D is it normal ?

Yes because you're not distracting by using the treat. The stick once touched should be removed while using the treat to distract so he doesn't nibble it. If he's not distracted by the treat you need to go back a step. This is a good sign though that he waits for the treat its showing he connecting the pattern! Keep going!

You should target train him until he has perfected it. Go to www.myparrothelp.weebly.com it tells you how to progress through target training. Dont put him in the same room as the ringneck as they could fight, near a computer isnt always safe as he could chew on cords and cables etc Most branches from trees should be okay as long as it hasnt been treated, stick it in the oven to kill of any parasites and insects etc
