I use millet. Yeah, only reason why i wanna get him down is pooping :D His favourite places are shoulders and hair... Also he was testing with beak my ear :D and firstly i was really scared of him when he was coming to my face :D (yea maybe it is funny that i am scared from this little bird) but he is in cage still offensive i think :/

You could make a perch that you hold in your hand and use it for him to step up on.

Depends on whose point of view you choose to look at it from , yours or the birds.

Imagine that you are locked up in a small room and never get out unless someone else feels like letting you out and then it is only for an hour or two at most.

The first thing that you should remember about me is that I will always choose in favor of the bird.

I am not trying to be rude, but tell it to your bird. He is the one most affected by this, maybe he will not understand all of your words but he still needs the bonding time with you.
Try to look at this little bird as your best friend. Try to grasp the idea that you will never have as close of a friend as this bird. I know that you probably don't understand it yet, but this little bird will care about you for the rest of its life, it will care about you to the point that it will try to protect and defend you will every ounce and fiber of its being, it will never consider that it is putting its own life in jeopardy by doing this. Do you think that you can find a better friend then this?
There are so many times in our lives that we don't see and understand what we have until it is too late, you have a wonderous thing in this little bird and it would be a shame to not see it for what it is.

Making perches and toys for your bird is a good thing and I know that your bird will appreciate it. Just remember to use wood that is non toxic to your bird, leave the bark on and to bake the wood for I hour at 400 degrees Farenheit to kill any parasites.

Thanks for advice :) Today he was flighting about 30 minutes... Is it okay to let him step up on perch with a little pressure on chest? He also landed on my T-shirt and he was chewing it, is it possible that he wanted to bite me? :D Also he doesnt do target training well outside... I have to come with stick to him ( he doesnt wanna come )... Tried to step up him on my hand from perch and he just showed me that he doesnt want with real pressure my finger twice ( it didnt really hurt, cause he didnt break my skin ).. And he is still offensive from cage when i am target training him there.... (when i have fingers nearer to cage when offering him treat)...

Yes and no! Yes because it doesn't hurt them. No because it will encourage the bird to bite as the finger or perch is too high and they have got to grab on with enough pressure to pull their body up.
Try bringing the perch or your finger in at a level just above their feet, they don't step down as well as up, this would put the light pressure on their belly. and it will actually work better.
No, I don't believe that he wanted to bite you when he was chewing on your shirt, he was just checking it out. Kind of like is this good to eat --No -- well it is fun to chew on, I reckon I'll just do that for a while. It is pretty normal behavior for all parrots.
He may be a little bit territorial about his home so he is defending it. The good news is that if you are patient and consistent you will eventually make it past this behavior. You have not spent a lot of time earning his trust and that takes time. Everything you brought up will work out fine as long as you are consistent with spending time with him and showing him that all good things come to him through you. This will strengthen your bonding and trust, it just takes time.
