I just had to share this! I've had so much trouble getting Teyla out of her cage nicely. It has always been a big fiasco. Well, I had a session with her that was a first on 2 counts.
1.) She climbed to the outside of her cage and actually stepped right on my hand when I asked her! All of this without any of her usual panic! No fuss, no flapping, no flying away, no screaming! I couldn't have been more surprised!
2.)Then, I had her step up to my husband's hand over and over...no fuss, no flying away, and no biting. He was shocked as she won't go near him! (I've been having him give her some millet through the cage bars, so she might get to know him too.)
I am so proud of her!!!!
