Just be sure to give Joey his own piece, as human saliva can have germs that are deadly to birds.

We will be happy to try to help you but more information would be very helpful. so why don't you tell us about your bird starting with her age and diet, do you use artificial lighting with her or does she rise and go to bed with the sun? You have been together for a year, tell us about your experiences with her for the past year, what did you and Tina do, how much time do you spend with her, what is her favorite food, how often does she get a shower or bath? Are there other people involved with her and how do they get along, are there any other animals in the house, when was her last check up at the vets?
There are many reasons for Tina's behavior, we just have to figure out what is happening if we are going to help you to find the right answer(s).

I guess Tina is about 1.5-2 years old. She usualy eats cockatiel food and fresh fruit and veggies.Ok for when Tina goes to sleep, she usually goes to sleep when we go too like about 10 o' clock but she usually sleeps in the afternoon too. Well had a relly bad experience with her. About half a year ago, we put her out on our balcony (in the cage of course) and somehow she managed to get out of the cage, out of the house... omg i paniced and slowly slowly i aproached her. She tryed to fly but thank got we had her wings clipped. Then i grabbed her and put her into the cage. She bit me very hard and she took a piece of skin off my hand. Every day I take her out of the cage for 2 hours and those two hours i try to train her. Her favourite food is cheerios. omg she really loves cheerios. I have tryed to bath her like 100 times but she runs away. I try to bath her once in two weeks. And nope, only i try to train her or interact with her because other members of my family are scared that they will get bitten. We have another cockatiel in the cage (coco, male) and they always want to be together. I mean if coco cant see Tina they will start screaming lol... I have taken her to the vet like twice and she is fine. Thank you for your time and i hop you can find some answers to my problem and how to deal with it.

NO CHEERIOS!!! I know that most birdsites would mention feeding them to birds but they are meant for humans dietary needs and have A LOT of iron which birds do NOT need and cannot get rid of. It ends up going to the liver and, if given constantly, they will end up killing the bird with hemochromatosis. You are much better off using some kind of seed instead (safflowers, for example) or a small piece of a nut (almonds, walnuts).

Thank you for your answers ! For the benefit of other people 50 cm. is just under 20 in. I really hate to tell you this but your cage is too small for 2 cockatiels. While your cage will do for 1cockatiel you need a cage of at least 50cm. by 50cm. by 100cm. to house 2 of them. The World Parrot Trust recommends a minimum of 1.8 m. or 6 ft. in length and that is just for one cockatiel. That being said, you really need to consider getting a larger cage for your birds. One of the factors leading to aggression in any species of animal weather it is a bird or a dog or even a human is overcrowding.
I think that we need to start all over with your birds and see if we can get Tina to forgive you for your past mistakes. I think that we need to know what is going on with the other cockatiel as well. I realize that most of the information is going to be the same so we can concentrate on how you get along with him and what if any training you are doing with him.
Let's begin by finding a new favorite food for each of them that we can use for treats. Also you need to spend time outside of their cage, just talking softly to them and offering an occasional treat to each one of them. We want them each to come and take the treat from you. I would still let them out for the 2 hours that you do daily but the training should consist of letting them wander about near you while you just talk to them and wait for them to come to you. Make sure that you don't get impatient and ask anything more than this from either of them at this time. We may modify this depending on your relationship with the other bird.
While this is going on gather the materials for target training, they are simple and cheap, a clicker and a chopstick or similar stick. I actually use bamboo skewers and chop off the point.
