And I have a stick and a klicker but she runs away so how can i target train her

As for the other cockatiel, it's my brother's cockatiel so i don't train him. I have tryed to train him , he runs away but at least he doesn't bite that hard and he sometimes(if he doesn't run away) step up on my hand

Great, 50 in. is a huge improvement over 50 cm. and it means that you should be fine with this size cage. Also good for you for already having the tools for target training. At this point in time, however, we need to concentrate on gaining your birds trust. I don't know if you are planning to train both birds or not, but this applies to both even if your brother does his own training as both birds are doing basically the same things.
I think that you need to work with both birds in the large cage while you are trying to gain enough trust that your bird will come to you for a treat instead of running away from you. Your next step is target training and step up, but not until you gain the birds trust enough for it to take a treat from you. At this time if you are going to have a good relationship with your bird there is absolutely nothing more important than winning her trust.
Read and re-read this viewtopic.php?f=11&t=227 it is by Michael, but don't start it until you win your birds trust enough that it will take a treat from you and then do as shown in Michael's topic.

Thank you so much!!!!!!!!! I have read the topic more than 10 times and i have started to offer both of them treats through the cage bars and they are actually starting to get treats from me!!!! I think i have done great progress with both of the birds and I think in a few days i can start target training them!!!!!

Oh and also is it ok for them to eat rusks? because they are crazy for them LOL

Now I hope that you are continuing to allow them to be out for the 2 hrs. daily that you mentioned earlier. If not, you need to start that practice again with the goal of continuing to bond and gain further trust from your birds. Let them out and sit near them, talking softly, it helps to relax them in your presence, at this time don't ask anything of them, just wait until they begin to come towards you, then when they get close offer them a treat. It shouldn't take too long before they start looking forward to spending time out of the cage with you. When this occurs, start putting your hand down flat so that they can step on it if they choose to. Every time they touch your hand, softly say "Step Up ", if they do offer them a treat. They will then learn that to get the treat, they will have to step onto your hand.
I know that Michael's post and included videos show you how to teach your bird to step up using targeting, but I personally prefer this way whenever possible. This is the time to start using Michael's Targeting method including the targeted step up.

I looked it up and there are two versions described one is like a hard twice baked toast and the other is like a twice baked biscuit. I f either is similar to what you mean then I don't see a problem as long as they are not too sweet. I use dried fruit quite a bit for my birds, I just get organic type so that it doesn't have the added chemicals. I know that this is a sweet treat, but natural sugar is not really a problem as they are usually a simple sugar that the body is designed to use, not a complex sugar like refined, which is just plain bad for you and all animals.

Just talk softly to them, I usually say their names often when I am talking to mine, and be patient, don't get in a hurry, the more relaxed you are the more relaxed they will be and the quicker they will start to respond to you. It might take two or three days, maybe even longer but if you do this, they will come to you and then they will step onto your hand.
I have never seen this way fail.

Thanks for joining in. I couldn't find any good descriptions of rusks. Do you know much about them? I would like to know more. Thank you for any help you can give me.
