Biting Finger when stepping up?

No, I don't have over 100 birds, CML (I have a grand total of 53), and, besides, the ones that are always loose are 27, the rest are in cages (handicapped tiels, budgies, one amazon -she requires super strict diet and medicines every day, canaries, finches, cardinals, button quail, and the female Senegal) so it would not take that long to catch them. And I have also thought that, if time was very short, I would most definitely open a window and throw them all out!

I was just worried Pajarita, it pays to have a backup plan. I was not at all sneering at you with my previous post, sorry if you took it the wrong way.

Fire is serious business indeed - everyone should be prepared for it, pet owners as well as everyone else.

Might be horrible to say, but in case of fire rescuing the birds are high on the priority list ... but the kids would probably come to mind first ;) :o

Glad your birdie is starting to 'step up' that's great news :)
