its probably nothing but i shall take him to the vets soon if nothing improves, i will try and look but without grabbing him i doubt i will see anything as i havent had the chance yet.

im going to ignore him for 2 days, still let him out ect but today he didnt even like me looking at him, he got all offensive over that so i shall give him some space and start fresh in 2 days time

what i will do is give it until he is roughly 2 years old, if i cant tame him well by then i shall just get him a mate and hope they breed or set him up with a lady friend from another family and coparent 2 of the offspring to keep as family pets and give him and his lady friend to an aviary because at the end of the day i want a pet bird but i dont want to keep him if he will never accept us and make him unhappy als, i hope he tames well by then as i myself feel like he is a part of the family now but if its better for him thats what i shall do

Well, leaving a GCC alone is, pretty much, the worst thing you can do in terms of 'taming' so I suggest you rethink your strategy because this will make things worse, not better.

As to setting him up as a breeder, again, not in his best interest or in the babies he might produce (HUGE overpopulation problem!). He would be much better off in a good rescue where people will take the time to tame him or find him a home where the owner does not care (like me :D ). I realize that you want a pet bird but even hand-fed babies need a lot of work and, when it comes to GCCs, A LOT of time spent with them. Parrots don't make good pets, you know...
