I'm kinda killing my chances of ever publishing a book cause I'm giving all the info out for free as it is... I'm basically out competing myself and putting that prospect out of business :violin:

I'd just like to report that Scotty and Bill are getting on quite well now. Things were improving up to our recent trip, and in the last few days have been quite good. He's still more comfortable with me, but he's enjoying being handled by Bill - he just seems considerably more worried about what he'll do. I can't recall if I mentioned it earlier, but a component certainly seems to be a distrust of males relative to females. Patience and rewards (love those nuts!) are making inroads, but it is clear that sometimes Bill just moves in a way that sets off his alarm bells. Hopefully we'll eventually be able to isolate what these are, right now it seems random to us, but I'm sure it isn't really random, we just are having trouble seeing it from his perspective. He even spoke to Bill yesterday! Well, actually, he spoke to Bill's cat, sort of. He made a meow like Pepe does, then he said "Hi Pew-pew" which our nickname for Pepe (Le Pew).
