ilias just ate from my hand for the first time!!!!he was uncaged and he was playing with a piece of paper when i got this idea....i put some seeds in the palm of my hand an he steped up and start eating!!the last time i was so happy was the time he let me kiss his chest!!!
and the screeming issues we had the last few days are almost gone!!! :D :D :D :D
i hope he will start taking treats too so i could start teaching him tricks!!!

That's great rones. It's the first time today that Sunflower stepped up for me too -- after 3 months! Regards to ilias.

do you know that ilias is a greek name which has the same root with the word ilios which mean sun???
i named him like this because he was all yellow when i bought him!!!
now he's turning green and litle stripes are becoming to form on his head and wings.. :D

thats very nice, how old is your parrot?
oh and how did you get rid of your parrots noisy sounds?

Jeff (my parrot) is about 2months old, hand fed and he loves to eat from my hand since beginning. Its so cool when he does that.... i never really thought something would begome so attractive for me that now when jeff doesn't eat from my hand i get very cofused and ummmmm pissy at myself :P
