2 budgies need to be tamed

Hello there.

I have 2 budgies one called perky one fluffy. You see i have a dilema. Perky here lets me feed her seeds from my hand but if i try touch her she either runs off or bites me and shakes her head up or down. Fluffy lets me stroke its head and stroke it sometimes runs away but when i press on its belly it wont step up up at all sometimes he puts a foot on my finger and bites me to check if its a safe perch but he dosent put two feet on my finger. Any help. Perky has been like this since i got her and Fluffy who i got recently has been like this all along.

Thanks Michael great tips with obvious results. Like Trumans vocalizations. O and my 2 budgies are now target trained yay! Now im going to take them out of the cage and do some target training

Nice! Just make sure windows/doors are closed and etc etc
