I'm having some problems with getting started to train with my CAG. First off all she's a very picky eater so I still haven't found the best treat for her and I have tried nearly EVERYTHING! She turns 5 months the 18th. June. I got her when she was about 2½ month old from the breeder. She is very loving. Now the problem is that I wan't to start trick training. I've just taught her not to fly on my shoulder nor climbing on it because that was one of the problems. The other one is that she isn't really motivated to train. When I take her to the training room I usually start of by giving her a treat. Sometimes she will take it and sometimes she won't. Now when we do start the training, I can tell on her body language that she is looking for a way to get out or escape and that can be very frustrating. After that she just won't take any sort of treats. How can I motivate her if that is the problem? Maybe she's still to young? I don't know
Btw: she said her first word today "hello" in Danish - surprise surprise (I'm not originally from Denmark, but I live there) thumbsup:
