Roudybush!! Stay away from Kaytee and Zupreem, they contain artificial colors and Vitamin K supplement, which is banned from human consumption but legal for animals. There's also too much sugar and corn in Zupreem.

I give crumbles to the cockatiels and lovebirds. One bag lasts a long time. I use small pellets for the Amazons and buy two bags at a time.

Pellets - veggies - seed in that order.

I feed harrisons organic fine pellets to mycockatiel. They are very healthy and my cockatiel ate them straight away.I highly reccommend them. First find a good quality seed mix that contains other seed. Then mix your pellets 20% pellets and 80% seeds. That is what I do for my tiel and it is ensuring he has a varied diet. Also, provide fresh fruit and veg such as apple, kale leaves, banana and other stuff which he will enjoy do some research on what fruit and veg sun conures can eat.
