Taming a Budgie?

Haii . I bought two budgies in august and i really do not know how to train them, sometimes in the night they come on our finger but if we try to take it ut, it jumps back in. And also when i try to pick it up with my finger it moves or gets scared and doesnt come. they mostly come when i have millet so they ussually dont care if im holding them or not, they just eat. Please can you help me. ? Give me a good way of training my 2 budgies and what i should do in every step. Tell me what to do every day when im at home, because they do have their seed diet in the cage and some times comes to our hands when we have food in our hands so they kind of know, but the main thing is to not get scared of my puting my findger inside. so please tell me how to train my budgie to come out the cage and fly, step up on my finger and how to clicker train. THANK YOU SO MUCH, i really need to train them

Please read as much as you can about their diet and toy requirements. Budgies NEED vegetables and fruits and will die from liver disease if continually given only seeds. They also need a Loy of shreddable and clangy toys to play with. My Budgie is extremely playful and would go insane if she had those crappy plastic parakeet toys that no bird ever likes. These are some absolutely needed requirements to keep them happy, not a luxury.

As for taming, go slow and lure them with millet. Keeping the cage open will also help ib my opinion.
