Welcome to the forum.

How old is your conure?
How long have you had it?
Where did you get it?
In what order did you get your birds?

I can't even imagine why a baby would run away except for being scared. Do you handle and cuddle the others in front of him? Does he have a favorite treat you can bribe him with?

I have Amazons, Tiels and Lovies so I don't know anything about Conures except what I read in this forum. There are many parents here that have extensive knowledge of them and I am sure will get back to you soon.

He really doesn't know anything except you and your family. Hang in there. Someone will help. Most are probably at work and will come in the forum later today.
