Well, if they are outside they just fly to a high place where i either cant reach or when i come near, they fly away.This might work but only with much time.Im gonna try this from now on and observe a bit how they react.

I suggest you teach them how to target. Then when you let them out and they fly to a high place, you can target them to your hand or a perch. See Michael's training blog for target training info and help.
