My 3 year old congo african grey nip me ner name is reggie she put her head down for me to stroke her neck & to scratch it when im doing it she turns and nips me ive had her for 14 days i think the other owners miss treated here and the kids must have done something to her as she opened her wings and went for my grand daughter and if i try target training she grads what ever im using and breaks it can an one help me please

While I realise that english isnt a lot of people's first language (it isnt my native language either), punctuation, proper capitalizing and basic formatting makes it a lot easier for people to understand forum posts. Just a heads up for the future which will make it easier for the folks here to answer and help you =)!

I cant help you with the issue regarding your CAG attacking your grand daughter, but the targeting should be fairly simple. First off, read Michaels article on the subject and watch the video. The trick is not letting your parrot bite, remove the stick and instantly reward with a treat. Good luck!
