This is the meeting of my 2 parrotlets....Im not housing them together just hanging out for play time. Did it go well?? What is fabio (the blue/grey) one doing shaking his head all around lol :)

Your not housing them together? How are you going to keep them seperate?

I think the blue one wanted to feed the green one but could not get anything up.

That is way too cute.

Honestly I wouldnt mind housing them together but everything that I have read says that if I put them together they wont want anything to do with me because they will have each other lol and I want them to love me too :) Is this true?? I was going to just keep them in seperate cages at night and during the day (play-time) let them out.

I don't think it is true but then I am not a normal "parrot parent". I would keep them close to me while they bond with each other. That way there will be 3 in the flock.

Me, Fabio, and Peanut?? :) We just had another "play session" and it went so good!!! :) They hung out and talked to each other :)

I would keep them separate for a while. They could bond to each other more than you if you rush it, but also they may get into fights. You never know.
