Target / Step up problems

Hello

My Anastácia (Yellow Collared Macaw, 5 months old) is going very well with hers Target training, I started this on this weekend, and in 4 days she runs all the sofa looking for the stick/treats, but I have 2 problems with this...

First: When she doesn't like someone, she stay away from the stick.

Second: She just step up on me when she wants to... How can I change this? (the same problem with strangers, she doesn't step up on their hands).
