What should I do next?

My Blue-eyed Cockatoo just learned how to step up but still needs more training. I'm just wandering what trick should I do next after stepping up? Kindly suggest me what should he learn and what did you teach him after stepping up.

I taught my gcc to wave after step up. The funny thing is that now she waves on her own as a kind of "can I have some of that?" behavior. Very cute!
