i think this information is really good! hope it helps some other people as i have a irn :irn: myself and this is one of the best cites i've found with descriptions of what should be fed and why and how! Although my opinion is subjective and you may want to check it out yourself !!!

:D i was very exited when i found it because the depth of the information is so good glad its of use to you :) i wish i had accessto this information when i first got my bird its helped me to relax more without being complacent.
