Cape Parrot

Today I saw a beautiful cape parrot. His name is Max. I have never seen one in person, and I got to hold and pet him. He was so gorgeous! And sweet, but VERY loud though. I have always wanted to see one and I got to. Made my day!

I just picked up my new Cape baby from the breeder on Saturday. He is 4 months old and he's so very smart. His name is Amadeus and he settled in very nicely. He has a great appetite and learned how to drink from the water bottle the first day. So far, mine isn't loud at all, just makes some cute baby noises. He seems to be very mature for a baby. He will be a great companion.
