Hello,
We have recantly gotten a breeding pair of quaker parrots.The female had a twisted appearance with her neck that seems to come and go.Some days she ppears totally normal ,somedays her head is twisted and point down and to the side.Other than "get her to a vet" does anyone have similar experiance or suggestions on making her life a little better.
