looks like a princess of wales could be a mutation color or a hybred with a superb.

Superbs only have a red band, their chest and belly are green while this one has red from the forehead down to the lower abdomen and I've never seen or heard of a superb like that...

i hink its either a hybrid or a mutation of a superb parrot because of its shape. It could be a superb cross with with a prncess parrakeet, but i an not certain.

No, you can't get red from blue or green feathers - the red is not there to begin with and suppressing a pigment (as in the yellow in green feathers) or changing the feather structure (as in blue) will not result in another one. It could be some type of hybrid though...
