What kind of parrots are these?

I ran into these parrots in the Peruvian Andes. Does anyone know what kind they are?
The pictures don't show it very well but they have a rainbow leading edge on the wings and a dark band at the back above the tail.

they are amazons not sure what kind of amazons though. maybe a mealy amazon.

They sound like Black-billed Amazons. But it's hard to tell. They match the wiki description anyways. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Black-billed_Amazon

Thanks Calthesa, but I think the black feathers on the Black-billed Amazons were gray on these two.
