I don't mind answering your questions, if I can and don't think anyone else minds either, but You are looking for something and this question is only a small part of it, I am sure. So I am curious about what you are trying to find out.
I have six cats, I have two 100 pound puppies and an old Shitz Tzu, I have four parrots ranging from 1 ounce to 1 pound. We all live together mostly occupying the same room at the same time and mostly without the interference of bars. Every now and again I need to intervene to keep the peace and it is usually because one or both of the puppies has something that Kiki, the Senegal wants. If Kiki wants something that the puppies have she has no compunction about doing whatever to acquire it, so to keep her from beating up the puppies and taking the chance that one or both might hurt her while trying to escape from her, I must intervene, usually by letting the puppies go outside. Kiki weighs in at a hefty 6 ounces. The only other time I have had to intervene is when the newest member of my family, Paquita, the parrotlet, weighing 1 ounce decides to chase Kookooloo, the Grey parrot off of my shoulder. Kookooloo weighs in at 14 ounces.
Although parrots will defend themselves, their territory or anything that they deem to be theirs, they are primarily non aggressive in nature.
Does this help you at all?

I have a Timneh gray that attacks one of my dogs, a small bichon/maltese female, every chance she gets. The thing is that Pookey (the TAG) loves my husband but my husband is not a bird person so he hardly ever spends any time with her and Bunny (the dog) is the love of his life so she is always with him. Ergo, Pookey hates Bunny.

My Meyer's likes to "buzz" my daughter's pug/beagle/something else mix. The dog goes nuts. When I caught Corsair flying low enough that the dog could reach by standing on its hind legs, I put the bird in her cage. Since my daughter has her own place, Corsair can be out of "protective custody" when the dog isn't around.

Corsair also will find a low perch and try to entice the little dog within beak range, but the dog was never stupid enough to be bitten.

Our Australian Shepherd/retriever mix mostly ignores Corsair, so is not fun to buzz over.

Cats are a different matter. Keep them separate.

I think your either aiming for is a pionus or hahns more aggressive, as far as I know pionus are generally calmer.

Or, what happens during a dog to parrot confrontation, in many circumstances the dog will back off in suprise (it's that same reaction you'd have if an insect you were swatting at tried to attack you). Just stay aware that not all dogs will back off and many that do can quickly get over their suprise and either pounce on the bird like it's a toy and crush it or grab the bird with it's mouth and kill it.

The real question you should be asking is what kind of dog do I have, look at your dog's breed(s), check the internet, the original use for your dog's breed should determine how likely it is to go for a bird- sheepdogs are less likely to attack than Akitas or laboradors , remember that any dog can attack though.

I personally wouldn't let a bird walk on the floor unwatched or when a dog was close by, a fluttering or fast moving bird can excite a dog accidentally causing the bird to be trampled.

Thank you for your help. My dog is a little maltese terrier. I rehomed him. He is scared of my cockatiels and does his best to avoid them, but I would never for a second leave any bird in a room with him unsupervised.
