I think that I understand what you are trying to show, but I will try to clean it up a bit so that it is easier to read.

I really like Sketchup software as I can do either 2D or 3D renderings and the tutorials for it are excellent and easy to understand. I can also design just about anything that I can conceive of with it.
This second one is much better. Now you are thinking of putting the cages where?

I'm thinking of either placing the cage in the front room (W), or in the hall in front of my bedroom (NE). I believe these are the most suitable places, but if you do believe there are more suitable places, please do tell me :)

Interesting layout for your house if not a bit confusing even adjusting it a little based on my knowledge of construction. Most hallways don't have windows but there appears to be a possible place for a window in this one by your bedroom. And I feel that a window is very important to their well being as it allows both light and fresh air in. Being able to be a part of what is going on is also important to their well being due to their highly social nature. They don't do well if they are not a part of the activities of their flock even when that flock is mostly human. Those are my main considerations.

I do believe there is a mistake in the diagram - I'll try editing it and hopefully fix up any mistakes/
