I got this parrot off my neighbour what type of parrot is this?

My guess is a leucistic eastern rosella.

If you take away all colors but red and white, the shape and pattern is similar to eastern rosella:

This species of parrot is almost 12 inches long, which means a wingspan of about 24 inches so the smallest cage for this bird needs to be 48 inches wide, 24 inches deep and at least 48 inches tall without the stand.
