Who ever sold this bird needs to be closed down as this bird is to young to have been properly weaned, it doesn't even have all of its feathers and has not yet fledged. This behavior is indicative of a poor quality breeder who does not care for the welfare of their birds and is only after money. Keep a close watch on this bird as the effects of malnutrition in this bird and/ or its parents may not have yet become apparent.
