Yeah $150 is really expensive for a teil
Consider a lorikeet maby a goldies which is less messy that the bigger species they a affectionate but are very nippy and it does hurt and sometimes draw blood but I've only been bitten twice by my lorikeets now they don't bite even if I annoy them there also very playful and have nearly any feather dust there poo is a watery but not a big problem as mine a trained to go to their cage who they need to ppl say they squirt poo everywhere but I've never found a poo outside the cage

If they charge $150 for a tiel, they, most likely, charge $400 for a lorikeet. Budgies and tiels are always the cheapest species...

Yeah but it depends on much the money is worth las year when my family when to India
for holiday we went to a bird market they have greys for a $500 nz dollars AND ringneck parrkeets for $25

Well, that's because IRNs are indigenous to India and people poach them, which is actually illegal, as well as keeping them as pets. Baby Quakers here in the States go for about $200 but you can get them back home for about $5 (and it's not illegal to keep them).
