This is super interesting! This species has been extinct since the 1600's but we have only recently found out what they actually looked like after 'getting it wrong' for years and years...

On a sad note, it broke my heart when I read the accountthat stated that it would rather starve to death than be caged...

It is so sad to know that so many animals have gone extinct because we did not consider them.

The last known Tasmanian Tiger died in a zoo. He had been alone for many years before his death.
