No parrot is really 100% trustworthy with children... I have the sweetest, sweetest female bluefront amazon. Her name is Naida, she is 31 or 32 years old and the gentlest thing ever! She grabs your finger with the outmost delicacy and climbing to your shoulder spends hours just very gently kissing your cheek, preening your hair and softly cooing to you. But yesterday, she bit my grandson's finger drawing blood. I am sure it was his fault for trying to interact with her (he says he wanted her to step up to the stick -I was in the kitchen so I did not see what really happened)but I would have sworn on a stack of bibles that she would never bite anybody - and she did! Hard!
Now, as to the species you mention:
Grays tend to be calm and can learn to talk, although not all do, but they are also very difficult to keep happy because they need a lot of attention and, been naturally high-strung, they dislike busy households and are prone to feather destruction behavior.
I don't know of any amazon species that is called Orange Fronted, there is an Orange Winged and a Blue fronted and both are naturally aggressive species and, although they can learn to talk, they are not the species that talk the best. Indian ringnecks required expert and frequent handling are not cuddly birds, at all. They can learn to talk but they are not really good with children or even people, in general, as they are considered more an aviary species than a companion one.
