Help with parrot ID

Postby petomikula » Sun Apr 09, 2017 3:16 pm

Does anyone have any guess on this parrot identification? I am working on identification of birds from one local museum but here I have no idea about ID. Unfortunatelly, no locality for specimen is given. Many thanks for your help.

That's a brown headed parrot (poicephalus cryptoxanthus).
