SUPER INTERESTING!!!! They found [through comparisons of mitochondrial DNA -the one they get from their mothers] that scarlet macaws were bred either in Southern USA or Northern Mexico 900 to 1,200 CE [this means the same as AD only AD stands for Anno Domini meaning it starts counting as of the year that Christ was born and CE stands for Current Era but it means the same thing when it comes to the actual date].
