**if** I can get another bird, it would ideally have most of these traits. Any ideas on what species would fit this? Noise level is probably the biggest deciding factor because my dad can't deal with the peircing shrieks
Ever consider a cockatiel? They basically fit this criteria perfectly. My cockatiel loves to chew. He is very quiet. Cockatiels just like to chill out. My budgies bully him when they get the chance, but he never provokes. Depending on your GCC's personality, I think they could get along (never cage mates and always supervised, but still, bird on bird company is always nice for them)
