Caiques are known to be high strong aka they can be bite when playing at one point i looked into getting one i joined a Caique Group on Google.com i would strongly suggest finding one or people who own them,they can be a lot to handle they have a lot of energy.Although not known for talking im pretty sure they can learn a variety of noises,their screech isn't too mad compared so some others like Sun Conures the best way to find out is type in "Caique Screaming" on Youtube.com

They prefer to hop around then fly,i don't clip my birds wings but that is your choice if you need help finding a breeder i can recommend one although her birds sell for 600 or more she ships out of state,her birds are DNA sexed,and their are vaccinated for the Avian polyoma virus.
