Yeah, these days the lack of a band doesn't mean the bird was not hand-raised. Being wild-caught or parent-raised does mean the bird may need more work to tame, but the lack of a band doesn't really signify anything. Do you know if your bird was hand-raised?

No he is not, I just got her for 4 days, and I have trouble to make her to step up, she runing away from me
