I took the time to stop by my breeder. Hes got baby Mulgas!
He said he would hold a Male Mulga for me since he saw how well Melody was doing!
We be very excited!

It will be another month or two before I'll be able to pick one out, should we choose to go that route. To be perfectly honest, a friend of mine has a two year old Cockatiel named Perry. She mentioned how much she liked the way i took care of Melody and wished she could have the time to do the same for her cockatiel. She did run it past me that she would be willing to rehome the little booger to me, cage and all.

We will be out of town this weekend and the whole family, bird and all, make the trip back to Oklahoma. I figure when we get back, that I will take a look-see and this Perry, and see if any magic happens. Provided if this happens, it is not too likely that another Mulga will be an option until we close on our house. No real loss really, Melody is plenty of Mulga just by herself as it is lol.

I'd like to have a tawny frogmouth. They're about the size of a football.

I love owls, too. Incredible birds. I virtually do have owls. I have a pair of screech owls and a pair of great horned owls living in my yard. They are very used to me being out at night and they will land on the ground very close.

Eastern Rosella birds are very colourful and easy to tame.

Blue and gold macaws, yellow naped or dbl yellow headed amazons If it was still possible i would love to have keas,
But inhave had some interesting birds... mynas, australian magpies, rooks, barn owls, black swans, pukeko, paradise sheld ducks basically i love birds and have kept and bred birds for 20 years... wouldnt change a thing either
