Oh OK.
OK since I have carpet in my room and I'm on my computer alot will I beable to let he/she out when ever I'm on it and let he'she come by me and just be there and I scritch him/her if it wants? And can you'll give me some ideas I can use to keep him active dureing the day. Mainly because I will be gone sven hours a day when school starts and I don't want to get two Parakeets. I don't want two because I want the one I will first get to love and not the Parakeet.

Budgies bite very hard too. Budgies aren't very cuddly either. I have posted my set up for you before that has shredding toys and foraging devices. I suggest you take a look?

I have two Pacific Parrotlets. They will generally (somewhat begrudgingly) allow you to pick them up and pet them. It generally only takes a few months for you to teach them to step up and they are good talkers. I have taught one of mine to fly to me on command and the other to do it 50% of the time. They will bite hard but it is about as hard as any budgie. Will get very attatched to you and make a fairly small mess. i have also taught mine to go through a hoop apon command. If you need more information my website is in my signature. I don't go on this website very often. I'm The Bird's Mom on that website and you can private message me on that site if I don't remember to come back to this site. A :budgie: or a :greycockatiel: is a great choice too, also consider quakers ( :monk: ) and lovebirds.
Hi! You can visit my parrotlets, Benry and Chase, at: http://www.benryandchase.webs.com . Thanks!
