Do Cockatiels have Dust Mites? I doubt they do but is there something you can do to prevent them? :?

I dont think they have "dust" mites but they can get mites and lice. I spray mine with a Mite and Lice spray monthly (twice in summer) and worm as well. Teils do have a dander that looks like dandruff.
