With that cage size and given you have small kid/s, I wouldn't get anything bigger than a Pionus.
That cage is really too small for even that bird, you know, they need to fly even in their cage.

So my recommendation is that you read, study, read, study (for several months, preferably a year or so), then you rescue or adopt a rehome or two of the smaller species. Mini macaw, Poicephalus (but they, especially the Senegal, can be quite nasty), Caique, Pionus, and of course the Cockatiel is not to be forgotten.
The Noble macaw is simply a subspecies of the Hahns Macaw, both belong to the species Diopsittaca nobilis.
