Which One?

My mom has decided to maybe let me and my brother get another bird. My grandparents took our new lovebird, so we now only have our timneh grey. We were thinking about either an Indian Ringneck or a Jenday Conure. I know where are lots of differences, but which one would you reccommend? We've done quite a bit of research on both and still can't decide.

how old are you and your brother? seems like your young. Why not just stick with the African grey. He should be hard enough to take care of all throughout college/ life.

Well what do you want in a bird? Is noise an issue, do you have the money to take care of another bird?, do you want the bird to be cuddly? etc.
