Yup I would be worried, the green cheeks are too brave for their own goods and bullies. Mine isn't too bad with my 'tiel but I daren't take my eyes off them cuz Ollie can be viscious when he wants. He will also push her off my shoulder if they are both on me even though she is a fair bit bigger than him. I also got to watch she doesn't land on his cage as he will have her toes through the bars. We keep a towel on top of it al all times now and keep a close eye on where she lands when she flies.

We got a rehomed rabbit exactly two weeks ago, within the first hour of him arriving Ollie was trying to preen him, on the second day and each day ever since he runs round the floor after him with his beak ready for attack and has nearly landed one on him several times. Ollie is only around the size of this bunnys two front feet..... We can no longer let him on the floor because of what might happen if the rabbit kicked out but again we need to constantly supervise as accidents only take a split second.

I would be worried as well.

My sister has GCC and it terrorizes the heck out of my tiel and my cousin's tiel (that comes over every now and again LOL.) And my cousin's tiel is a bully to my poor baby...

Also, compared to budgie's and tiels, the GCC's have a bigger beak, claws, ect. They weigh more. So there's that factor.

Green cheeks are actually smaller than the 'tiels or at least most of them. Even my smallest 'tiel was a fraction bigger and he was tiny for a cockatiel. I would agree the beak size is bigger though.

I must have a gigantic GCC  . She is a cinnamon, don't know if that's a characteristic of the mutation...but she's not even full grown and a good bit bigger than my baby tiel and my friend's adult male cockatiel. All the other babies at the breeder / store were similarly sized. :/

Scrubby is definitely smaller than pretty much every cockatiel that I've seen. I've seen a few cockatiels that seemed a little on the skinny side, and (when she's fluffy) she looks a little thicker than they are, but theyre definitely still taller. GCCs have really long tails though, and bigger beaks, so maybe that's why he seems bigger.

I'll get a picture of the two together in a minute. That could be it, my tiel broke off all her tail feathers. (yes, we've eliminated plucking and disease, saw a vet ect. She's just nervous and not careful, but still under the 8 month mark so very normal.)

'tiels always seem to be breaking feathers. If you suspect night fright at all get a little night light so
she can see theres no boogie monsters under her cage ;) sadly I lost tico to suspected night fright, there was no other explaination.
