I got the x- files intro as ringtone, and when I'm outside of the room I can hear someone practicing it and I think it's the tiel. But I have a hard time sometimes distinguishing my zon and tiel couse my zon imitates the tiel quite a lot as well as the budgie...

   , she's dead. I just got her a week and I thought she was a boy, named her Basiel. So since two days she was very quiet and fluffy. We took her yesterday to the vet and she was very skinny he said. He gave some medicins and it worked for 1 day. I came home today and she laid on the bottom of the cage. She opened her eyes once and moved her tail, but then she closed her eyes and go to heaven

I am very sorry for your loss, but do not get a new one right away!

You need to wash everything down and disinfect it. Something killed your poor bird, you dont want it transmitted to a new one!

That's a little horrifying and very sad. Was she eating? Be sure to be aware of their habits and behaviors for next time. It is crucial.

You might want to take a look around and make sure you didn't accidentally poison her. Did you use teflon (extremely dangerous, can be from cooking pans, sheets, heaters, self cleaning ovens, etc.)? Are there any chemicals off gasing in your house? Such as new carpets, toxic cleaning sprays, smoke (from cigarettes or chimneys). Please carefully inspect where your parrot lives before getting another one. You didn't have her for very long and perhaps she came sick from where ever you got her. On that note, please get your parrot from a reputable breeder or rescue organization to ensure disease free. Also be sure to meticulously clean the cage and wherever your now deceased parrot lived to make sure your new parrot does not also get sick and die.

The cage I got for Basiel was a bit small so I'm going to buy a new one. We don't got any teflon pans and nobody smokes here ;) . I got her from a bird shop, he got reputation but I'm not going there again. The vet said she probably got worms or parasites and thats the reason she died. He also said to give alot of powerfood, only egg food and salads and stuff like that. We had to do a couple cc's of antibiotics in her water too. Probably she was already sick when we got her.

Omg , im so sorry for your loss :(
It does sound like she was already sick when you bought her.
Like others have said scrub and disinfect everything, including the new cage before you bring your new one home. Throw away anything you cannot.

Weigh your new bird daily before he has anything to eat so you know if there is something wrong.
Same with food, weigh it before you feed it and weigh it again after meal time/at the end of the day and remove it for the night so you can tell how much food has been eaten.
This might seem like a lot of faft but believe me is really can tell you alot about your birds health. Harlie started eating very very little a few weeks ago (about 2g), because I weigh her food I knew the same day she stopped eating as much and I knew the day after that it was not a one off, we got meds for her on the second day and now she is back to eating enough again.
