My most vocal is Arthur, my Jardines, but he's more of a sound effects machine. He says "good boy" a lot. For his noises:
Microwave beep
smoke detector dead battery beep (which I hate)
wolf whistle
various other whistle combinations
My fave one he does is when he's out with me and wants to go back to his cage he will make the squeak noise the door on his cagd makes when you open it.

he picked one up recently and we have from no idea where (perhaps a ghost?) where he does the evil "mua ha ha ha ha" laugh in a deep, creepy voice.
Pickle, our Hahns says
good boy
hello
bu-bye
goodbye
peek a boo
Pick-elllllllll (his name drawn out)
pick pick pick pick (his name again)
cookie!
mmMMmmmmm
and he makes this cute little cartoon eating sound when he sees food.
Our other Hahns, Ecko, says
step up
I want a kiss and makes kissy noises
mmMMMmmmmm
Merlyn our Catalina macaw says
Hi bird
How bout a kiss
Wants some treats?
MMmmmMmm
and he also barks like a dog
(and screams like a little girl when he's frightened, LOL)
My harlequin, Sebastian has a great vocabulary that is growing. He says
Hi!
Hi big boy
What's that?
Who's that?
Whats down there?
Come here!
Stop!
Brat! (can see how he learned those last few, LOL)
Maaaaaah! (As in screaming for mom)
MMMmmmmm, that's good!
Want some? (he says this before he regurges, LOL)
He also laughs himself hysterical, so much so that he ends with "Oh my god, thats so funny!" which makes us laugh...which makes him start over, injecting "Oh my god" between his laughter.
makes kissing and popping sounds and recently learned how to belch and fart
He also sneezes and coughs like a 20 pack smoker on occassion
