I don't know if you are into opera but this aria is a notoriously difficult one and only accessible to coloratura sopranos but, in my personal experience, while all parrots like music in general (and the second link is about a study that shows that birds brains react to music exactly the same way that human brains do), amazons, in particular, LOVE women singers, high voices and opera and, going by the ones I have had and have, they are pretty good at it.
