CAN I TEACH MY BURD TO TALK???!!!

is it possible to train a parakeet to say pretty bird? if so, how?

Yes! they are very good talkers and what you need to do is when you see him say something like hello, hi etc. After a few weeks he will pick it up. Good luck!
