Unfortunately? why? I do not think you're right. After two and a half years of letting my parrots freely to fly (every day) I realized that I would not lose them. And I've reached perfection. Exactly what I wanted from a bird to follow me in whenever I go, to fly and enjoy freedom, but that they are tied to me enough to fly back.

Well, you will find that most people who have had parrots for many years agree with me that the risk of free-flying them is too high and something completely unnecessary - especially for little birds that can get all the exercise they need by flying around a home. Parrots love their humans but they love breeding much more...
