Fantastic news :)

When I got my budgies from a pet store last winter, they were clipped. I thought nothing of it and kept clipping about once a month. Guess what(: I've thought for a while and began to wonder what I clipped. Seriously, they're birds! They should fly! They won't be going outside this winter and winter is coming fast. The feathers on their songs have been growing out for quite some time. I can't wait until they actually can fly!

Lucky for my budgies, I came to my senses. Well, I decided to let their wings grow for a while but it's now that I'm starting to notice that their wings actually are growing. Aren't birds' wings beautiful??

Yay for you and your budgies :) they are going to have so much fun. Keep reinforcing any taming and training you have done with them whilst your waiting for them to finish growing and there shouldn't be any issues.

Just so you know a clipped parrot can fly/glide well enough to accidentally escape. Please do not allow your parrot to be outside of a cage outside. :]

Your parrots I'm sure will be much happier once they can fly.
